We started Flow Outcomes because the two halves of this equation rarely sit at the same table — knowing the work, and being able to build the software for it. Between the three of us, they do. Here's who we are.
Practice & product
Dion came up through frontline child and family services, from direct care and case management to leadership, and still works alongside community-controlled and other organisations across the sector developing programs and frameworks. The products come from that experience.
Engineering
Sean has spent his 20-year career building software. He is the engineer behind everything we deliver. His work pairs deep software craft with a strong command of AI and data security.
Practice & operations
Steven has worked in child and family services for nearly two decades, frontline through to senior leadership, and still works in the sector today. He takes care of operations, and his practice experience shapes the products.
